Brady Flanary is on a different level than all other competitors. We had a problem with our A/C. My wife called another established local company with over 50 years experience. They sent a technician out and he said we had a coolant leak and it would be too expensive to find. He told my wife just call when the A/C stops blowing cool air and they could come out and recharge it for $160 each time. I call the company and told them I wanted the problem fixed. The woman who answered the phone told me that they couldn't get parts for any older systems, ours is only 9 years old, because of the new refrigerant laws. I hung up the phone and called Brady Flanary. 2 hours later a technician showed up at my house, in uniform, with a company vehicle, with signage. He found the problem, gave us a quote, which we accepted. They ordered the parts and set up a date to install those 3 days later. Everything works great. I will only use Brady Flanary from here on out. I hope you guys have a company of this caliber handling all of your installs and repairs. I am a customer for life.

My previous heating and cooling system was a Trane Weathertron heat pump, installed in August 1985. It has served me well; in fact it was still operational. However after a couple of repairs and advice that the compressor was spiking amps, I decided to go ahead with a full system replacement. Needless to say, I wouldn't settle for anything other than a Trane system. Even though I didn't need to be sold on Trane, I did need to find a good contractor. Brady Flanary came to my home, on time, as requested. They put me completely at ease and didn't put any pressure on me at all. They explained in great detail all of my equipment, service, and financing options. After receiving other estimates from other contractors, Brady Flanary was the clear choice for me without a second thought. The installation went off without a hitch; the install team was very professional in their work and their behavior. I couldn't be more pleased with Brady Flanary and the entire time that was involved with my job. My highest regards to Brady Flanary.

We feel a great decision was made with the purchase of our new hvac system. The installation crew was professional and efficient. I was particularly impressed with their comfort consultant who explained the options, warranty, and who followed up after the installation. We had a particular problem with a basement den being about 10 degrees cooler than the upstairs. The comfort consultant realized we had a blow by vent problem and got this corrected. The whole house feels very comfortable now.

The receptionist in the office at Brady Flanary is always polite and kind. Their service technician is friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and always careful with keeping our house clean and neat.
